Your ICEpodz-Sport comes with one fabric sport sleeve and one refreezable Gpak insert.
You may freeze your ICEpodz with the Gpak inside your fabric sleeve or by itself. 
Your Gpak requires a minimum of 2 hours in the freezer, to freeze solid. 
DO NOT USE if you have a pacemaker.
